Charged samples are available for quality check before order. Once all details are confirmed, we will partially deduct the charges for the sample from the order.
Freight is F.O.B. our manufacturing facilities in XIAMEN, CHINA. Shipping can be arranged by our shipping department or by your company. Our shipping department will contact freight companies for a competitive price for your shipment.
We require a 50% non-refundable deposit on your order. Once we have received your deposit, our purchasing department will order raw materials for your product. The remaining balance is due once we have finished production and your order is ready to ship. We will calculate exactly how many pieces were made and factor in shipping into the remaining balance.
No. We do not do animal testing. We are proud to be a cruelty-free contract manufacturer and lab.
We require at least 10 samples of the exact packaging your product will go in. Once we have these samples, our lab will make a sample of your approved formula and fill the packaging samples with it.
Once all ingredients and packaging components have been sent to our warehouse, we schedule your product for compounding and production. We ask that all our clients give a 4 weeks lead time before their product goes into production, allowing time for all ingredients to be shipped in. The delivery lead time is also affected by the off-peak season and the products. It will be 35-45 days during the normal season, and 45-55 days during the busy season ( June to September). If it is possible for your product to go into production earlier, we will do so.

1). Al raw materials we used are inspected before packaging; MSDS for chemicals are available for check.
2). AII Ingredients have passed ITS, SGS, BV ingredients review for EU and American markets.
3). Skillful workers care about details in the production and packing processes;
4). QA, and QC team is responsible for quality checks in each process. In-house Inspection Report available for check.
Cost is estimated by order volume, formula cost, batch tank compatibility, packaging complexity and cost, run rate, and crew requirements.
Overall lead times are dictated by the lead times of our vendors who supply raw ingredients and packaging materials, coupled with our production schedule.
We have a regulatory team that supports our product development team every step of the way! We require our regulatory team to vet any product artwork before production.
